As a part of the THEI2.0 toolkit, here is the eHEI Workshop. Each Workshop will closely follow the profile assignment model and the card set, in order to create a long-term plan for your HEI to become more entrepreneurial. The eHEI Workshops can have a face-to-face format (preferential) but are also prepared to be fully online if needed. The Workshops function together with dedicated and personalized MIRO Boards, an online, digital, interactive tool. During each eHEI Workshop, you will be guided by THEI2.0 experts in a transformative, dynamic, and hands-on journey.
eHEI Workshops are designed and created to offer THEI2.0 users an immersive experience and support, ranging from the assessment phase (using HEInnovate) up to the whole definition of a detailed Action Plan for maximum impact and transformation, always according to the users’ and HEIs goals.
