After receiving your Bronze and Silver Badges, you can apply and claim your Gold Badge!

Complete all of the actions you identified in your ‘Plan to Action’ template (from your Silver Badge application).
Prepare relevant evidence in an ‘Evidence File’ to support your answers and to demonstrate that the plans/actions you mentioned have been implemented. Finally, complete the Gold Self-Reflection Survey and upload your ‘Letter of Support’ and ‘Evidence File’ as pdf files. You will also need to upload your Silver Badge Certificates (pdf) which you previously received from the Digital Badge Award Committee.
